Accounts

* Do I need an account to place an order?

Accounts are completely optional, but by registering an account you will only have to fill your address once and it will be saved. By saving your account we are able to apply extra access and services.

Orders

* Can I cancel my order?

Please contact info@hcanss.nl as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.

* Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer an exchange. If you need a different item, you will need to place a new order and return the item that did not fit.

Shipping

* Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver worldwide. The shipping costs and delivery time depend on your location. You will receive a track & trace code, so you can track your order.

* How much will shipping cost?

The Netherlands 2-3 working day €4.95 (Free shipping for orders above €100,- inside the Netherlands)

Belgium & Germany 2-5 working day €7.95

Europe 2-5 working days €12.95

Worldwide 2-7 working days €19.95

* Which shipping methods do you offer?

Shipping is done by UPS Parcel Service.

We offer delivery to your home address.

* Can I get a tracking number?

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order.

Returns and Refunds

* How do I return my item?

We offers 14-days free return. To start a return, you can contact us at info@hcanss.nl.

* Have you received my returned goods yet?

We will send a confirmation email when we have received your returned goods. This process may take 5-7 working days after you have sent the goods.

* How long does it take for me to get a refund?

We will refund your payment within 1-3 working days after the goods back to us. Please note that there might be a delay for the money transfer depending on your credit card company.

* I have received an incorrect item?

Contact us straight away with details regarding the matter, and we’ll sort it out.
